Here are the Guidelines to create a Daily Task List:

  • First of all, remember each task that you need to do on daily basis and put all that information on a page. Then see which tasks are more important than others and which can wait for a while or weekend.
  • Start by putting the date on the top of the list or if you want, you can prepare separate lists for each day of the week.
  • Then enlist all the tasks that you need to do today along with a serial number. If you have few more minutes, you should also give a small description with each task so you immediately recall it.
  • Then put an estimated time of completion for each task and at the end of the list, sum up all the times to see how many hours you need for all the tasks.
  • If you want, put a particular time of the day for each task such as 7:00 in the morning, time to iron the dress or 7:30 in the morning, time to take a shower.
